HIIT For All Levels

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn using body weight, free weights and other equipment in various class formats (i.e. circuit or group).  With HIIT For All Levels, regressions (changing the position, weight or intensity for optimal and safe exercise performance) and progression will be provided to allow participants of all fitness levels and experience to take part.
