Jump Rope

Jump Rope (100 singles or 50 doubles)

Start

  1. Stand up straight, abs engaged, rope in each hand at your side
  2. Turn rope using your wrists, not entire arm.
  3. Keep shoulders and elbows relaxed, hands about waistline
  4. Bend knees slightly
  5. Jump on balls of feet, heels should never touch ground
  6. Jump over the rope with a very low relaxed bounce

Rope does not pass under both feet completely nor does it spin forward.
