Tips For Better Sleep

We all need a good night's sleep for physical and mental health. That's more important now, than ever. All the sleep hygiene tips are important, but since we are on our electronic devices a lot these days, we need to disconnect from them before bed. They emit artificial blue light that suppresses sleep the inducing hormone melatonin and increases our alertness at a time when we should be getting sleepy. The light even hampers our sleep quality.
