SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 

Gather up 2-6 of your friends and exercise in a group!

Small group training is the perfect way to get fit, while having fun.  Challenge yourself and your friends to be active and healthy.

 

Small Group Training Sessions:

Monday 4:15-5pm or 6:15-7pm

Tuesday 6:30-7:15pm

Wednesday 4:15-5:00pm or 6:15-7pm

Thursday 4:15-5:00pm or 6:15-7:00pm
