High Five Goal Program

High Five Goal Program

This program is designed to help you set achievable goals by choosing an exercise to complete.

For example, if one of your overall goals is to achieve core strength, then one of your high five goals would be to hold a plank for 30 seconds.

You write your goal down on a hand print, post it up on the wall in the Fitness Centre, and when you've achieved that goal, you get to give yourself a high five and then set an new one.
