Join us for some great challenges and events as we get moving this month

 

Passport to Fitness (November 1st - 30th):  Pick up your passport at the Fitness Desk and complete the 9 challenges prior to November 30th to be entered into a draw for a great prize.

 

Climb Mt Everest (October 28th - December 6th) :  It takes 23,051 steps to go from Base Camp to the Summit of the world's highest peak.  Mark your progress on our own Mountain next to the Climbmills.

 

Row the Thames (October 28th - December 6th):  Row 93 km from Teddington to Kings on our indoor rowers and track your progress along the river.

 

Fit Enough Challenge (November 19th):  Team S@Y will take on the other campuses in one night of extreme fitness challenges.

November 12: Body Fat

November 19: Grip Strength

November 26: HR and O2
