Seneca Selected to Host OCAA Regional

Seneca has been selected to host an Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) Indoor Soccer Regional.

The Seneca Sting will host both the women's and men's Group B regional on March 5, 2019 in the StingDome. Each group will consist of five teams from the OCAA. The teams will play a single-game round robin format with the top two teams advancing to the OCAA Championship March 21-22, 2019 hosted by Humber College at the Ontario Soccer Centre (OSA).

On the women's side, the Sting have captured eight medals overall including championships in 2013-14 and 2015-16. This past season, the Sting captured the OCAA silver medal after falling to the Humber Hawks in the final.

The men's team has captured one championship in their history (1999-00) while winning give medals overall.
