I am a student in my 2nd year of Therapeutic Recreation and I am also a competitive powerlifter. You can ask me any questions about the sport of powerlifting, strength training, programming workouts, nutrition, and injury prevention. As a powerlifter I have been competing for 2 years and I have gotten up to the level of regionals. I am currently getting prepped for Nationals and provincials. In Therapeutic Recreation I am hoping to work in a hospital but I am not sure what specific population I am going to work with. Thank you for using the fitness center and remember that long term consistency is better than short term intensity.
