Bio

Hi there, 

If you have not met me yet, my name is Jenny.  I am part of the fitness centre staff and rec council. I attend Seneca as a full time student in the Therapeutic Recreation Honours Degree Program. I hope to graduate and become a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist and hopefully down the road become a Professor. My main passion is fitness and using it as a tool to improve yourself both mentally and physically. I love both weight lifting and all kinds of sports, mainly rugby, football and volleyball. I adore helping people and making their days a little bit better, so please don’t hesitate to ask for anything. I hope that you reach your goals here at the fitness centre and that I can do anything to help that process along :)
