Weight Training for Women

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, our facilities are closed. All programming has been suspended until further notice.

Weight Training for Women: This small group training class is just for women and uses a variety of equipment and body weight exercises to target specific muslce groups. Each week we focus on a different muscle group and focus on proper form and technique. Strength training not only enhances muscle tone but also boosts metablism and improves how your body looks, feels and functions.
