You’re halfway there! Only 4 more weeks and you will have completed the challenge. The habits you’ve learned and changes you’ve made thus far will stick with you for the rest of your life. Remember your goals and stay motivated! For support and motivation find a training buddy! It helps to have a network of friends who share the same goals and interests in healthy living as you. A network of friends with a common goal will help you keep on track!
