Two more weeks left. You have two weeks to maintain the changes you have made or improve on them even more. Your goal is so close so keep motivated!

Nutritional Tip - It’s okay to have a cheat meal or go off your diet or healthy eating plan once in a while but do not make it a habit and more importantly don’t stress over it. It is not going to set you back. Just make sensible choices the rest of the day and get back on with your plan.
