What is a superfood exactly?  Well, it is any food that has exceptional nutrient density, meaning it is typically high in all the good stuff, and low in all the bad stuff. Typically most superfoods are plant based, and they house way too many vitamins and minerals to list.  It is highly recommended to include many of the superfoods listed here into your diet, daily…so cook with them, snack on them, enjoy them!
