Creating a daily to-do list can help keep you accountable for reaching your goals. You are in charge of your own to-do list and can add what you feel you need to accomplish each day!

You can include self-care, physical, social, school, work or even just daily chores to your list. We find that having a to-do list keeps us accountable at the end of the day because you can see how much you have accomplished and what still needs to be done for the next day!
