Roll the Dice

Take a brain break and roll the dice for some quick movement selections. You don’t have a dice? No problem! Just write 1-6 on separate pieces of paper and blindly select one out of a bowl or bag. This is a great way to get your body moving after several hours of sitting at your desk. Try doing at least one of these a day or make your own variation of a mini workout by implementing a few of these one after another. Have fun, be active and stay safe.
