The Benefits of Sunshine!

The weather is getting nicer, and the sun is shining!  It is a good idea to soak up some sunshine every day.  If you’re going to be outside for longer than 15 minutes or so, you’ll need a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15.  Make sure to stay hydrated and cover exposed skin.
