The Fitness Centre is now offering basic assessments to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Basic Assessments include:

Resting HR

Waist Girth

Weight

Body Fat Percentage

Grip Strength

Aerobic Endurance

Push Ups

Squats

Lunges

Plank
