Week 2

Last week was the first week of the challenge. Now is the chance to really get started! Let’s go back to the basics with hydration and your metabolism.

Every system in your body uses water and that includes your metabolism. If you drink an adequate amount of water your body will more efficiently burn calories and your metabolism will stay fired up all day long. Aim for at least 2-4 litres per day.
