45 minute training sessions for groups of 4-6 people

 

Mondays: 4:15-5:00pm OR 6:15-7:00pm

Tuesdays: 6:30-7:15pm

Wednesdays: 4:15-5:00pm or 6:15-7:00pm

Thursdays: 4:15-5:00pm or 6:15-7:00pm
