Wellness Week

Join us for five days of self awareness as we cover physical, mental, nutritional and mindful wellness.

Each morning, be sure to check out a daily post related to the days' theme on Instagram (@SenecaKingRec, @SenecaNewnhamRec, @SenecaYorkRec). At 3:30pm each day, we will have a special wellness edition live on Instagram @TheSenecaSting. If you can't tune in to the live video, we will share on all four account's IGTV where you can view at a time that fits your schedule. All videos will be archived on Instagram through IGTV or on our website.
