You’ve been following our regular health and wellness tips, nutrition workshops and fitness classes; now it’s your turn to tell us what you’ve done to #BeeWell.

We’re inviting you all to share with us, in a few words, what has encouraged you to stay positive and healthy through these unique and trying times. Whether it’s a specific wellness activity, mental health strategy, exercise routine or delicious recipe, let us know how you are staying WELL.

DM (on Instagram) or email us a brief 1-2 sentence testimonial that we will share on our Instagram stories with our Seneca Community. This will of course be an anonymous repost.
