- Link your Apple Health, Fitbit or Garmin to the App to easily record your steps and activity
- Or manually enter your steps each day (step conversion chart available soon)
- A maximum of 30,000 steps per participant will be counted per day (to encourage safe and responsible stepping)
- Check your individual progress towards 140,000 steps (10,000 steps per day for 14 days)
- Check your team’s progress, and your rival’s progress
- Prizes to be determined
