Start the New Year off right with our 4-week Resolution Challenge.

Over the next 4 weeks we'll be starting each weekday with a daily activity challenge designed to get you moving and give you a little motivation to increase your level of fitness.

Our challenges increase in intensity each week but you have control over just how much you push yourself. All the movements can be done with just your body - no equipment needed!

We have a downloadable form for you to keep track of your consistency and progress and each day via our IG account we will demo the movements and break down the challenge for you.
