The Seneca Sting will host the Sting Classic January 4-5 at Newnham Campus to kick off the 2019 schedule.
This year's Sting Classic will feature two of the top eleven teams in the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association rankings (CCAA) including the 2019 CCAA Women's Basketball National Championship host Dynamiques de Sainte-Foy. Also in this year's field are the divisional leaders in both the OCAA East Division (George Brown Huskies) and OCAA West Division (Fanshawe Falcons).
The host Sting (5-3) will open the tournament against the Lambton Lions (6-5) at 12:00PM on Friday, January 4.
