Gajic Steps Down From Sting

After one season as the Seneca Sting Men’s Volleyball Head Coach, Predrag Gajic is stepping down.

The former Ontario Colleges Athletic Association All-Star and Seneca Sting Hall of Fame inductee (2013) will be devoting more time to his professional career.

After a decorated four-year career as a student-athlete, Gajic returned to the Sting program in 2015-2016 as an Assistant Coach. Gajic would then go on to play professional volleyball in Europe before returning to the Sting as the Head Coach.

Gajic led the Sting to a 7-11 record in the OCAA East Division, missing out on the post-season.

One of the leading young coaches at the club level, Gajic will once again return to developing and preparing youth for the next step of their volleyball careers, be it at the collegiate level or as part of the national program.

The Sting wish Predrag all the best in his future endeavors.

The Sting open the regular season in October with tryouts commencing the second week of September.

The search for a new Head Coach will begin immediately.
