Sting Capture OCAA Championship

The Women's Indoor Soccer team captured the OCAA Championship, defeating the Centennial Colts 3-1.

The Sting opened up a 3-0 lead midway through the championship match before allowing just their second goal of the championship to capture their second OCAA Championship in three years.

Carley Uddenberg was named Most Valuable Player of the championship in her final time putting on the Sting uniform. The fifth year leaves the Sting with four medals (two gold, two silver) in indoor soccer to go along with three outdoor soccer medals (one gold, two silver) and a national championship.

First year Kayla Uddenberg and Emma Gattoni were named to the OCAA Championship All-Star team.

In the semi-final, the Sting defeated the St. Clair Saints 1-0 with the Sting scoring midway through the first half.
