Sting Draw with Colts in Battle of Unbeatens

The Seneca Sting surrendered a late penalty kick goal to come away with a tie against the Centennial Colts 1-1.

Alexis Cordeiro opened the scoring for the Sting in the 30', taking a through ball from Kayla Uddenberg and beating the Colts' goalkeeper.

The chippy match saw a number of hard tackles including a pair of collisions with Sting goalkeeper Christina Diaco. The biggest call of the match came in in the 86' when the Colts were awarded a penalty kick. Soledad Vazquex-Cicutto successfully converted the kick to tie the match.
