Oct. 14, 2023 - Sting Women's Soccer vs Loyalist

Highlights from the OCAA Women's Soccer match between the Seneca Sting and the Loyalist Lancers. Prior to the game the Sting recognized five of their graduating student athletes: Jordan Burke, Shanice Alfred, Faith Metcalfe-Simiana, Yoana Peralta Fernandez & Carley Uddenberg. The Sting dominated the game and won 10-0. Seneca are now the OCAA Record holders for Team Goals in a Season scoring an outstanding 85 goals. Shanice Alfred tied an OCAA single game goal record with 9 goals. She almost broke the record but Loyalist keeper Emily Mealing made some good saves to prevent it. With the win the Sting are also the OCAA East Division champions. The game was played on October 14, 2023 at Seneca's Newnham Field.
